We drove 6 hours from Crater Lake to Sacramento arriving in the late evening. We drove by beautiful Mount Shasta along the way (might be a fun climb?). We arrived at our hotel in downtown Sacramento, a block away from the capitol building. We took an evening tour of the capitol building to stretch our legs from the drive!
